What does a free account give me?

One place for your price alerts, saved trips, recent searches and settings.

You can search, compare and set price alerts on Cheaplyfly without an account. A free account adds a personal dashboard that keeps everything in one place and follows you across devices.

What you get

All your price alerts together

See every alert with its status, latest price, lowest price and target. Pause, resume or remove alerts in one click, and add new ones without confirming your email each time. Alerts you created as a guest with the same email appear here too.

Saved searches and flights

Press Save on a results page or the heart on a flight to keep it. Saved items wait for you in the Saved tab. Prices change, so open a saved item to see current fares.

Recent searches

Your recent searches are listed so you can pick up where you left off on any device. You can clear the list whenever you like. On some sites, search history is turned off.

Deals opened

Flights you opened with a partner are listed, with the route, dates and price shown at the time. It helps you remember which partner you visited.

Notifications

Price drops and alert updates also appear on the site, so you don’t depend only on email.

Your preferences

Set your home airport and currency once. They are used whenever you are signed in, on any device.

Security and privacy controls

Turn on two-step sign-in where the site offers it, sign out other devices, download your data or delete your account.

What it costs

Nothing. Accounts are free and no payment card is needed. Cheaplyfly doesn’t take payment for flights, so there is never a reason to add card details to your account.

Creating an account

  1. Go to Create account.
  2. Enter your first name, email address and a password.
  3. Confirm that you meet the minimum age and accept the terms.
  4. Choose whether you want fare drops and travel tips by email (optional).
  5. Confirm your email with the code we send, if asked.

The help article on creating an account covers each step in detail.

If this, then that

  • If you only need one alert, a guest alert is fine. You can create an account later.
  • If you share a computer, untick “Keep me signed in” and sign out when you finish.
  • If sign-ups are closed, the site isn’t accepting new accounts right now. You can still search and use guest alerts if they are available.
