01How often do you check prices?

Several times a day. Each alert is checked on a schedule and you get at most one email per alert per day.

02Do I need an account?

No. Without an account we ask you to confirm your email first. With a free account you can manage all alerts in one place.

03Where do the prices come from?

From recent searches across our partners. When you open a deal, the partner shows the live price.

04How do I stop an alert?

Use the "Stop this alert" link in any alert email, or remove it from your dashboard.

05Can I watch a whole month?

Yes. Choose a month instead of a date and we look for the lowest fare on any day of that month.

06What is a target price?

An optional amount. If you set one, we email you when the fare reaches it, as well as when it drops noticeably.

07Why didn't I get an email?

Prices may not have dropped yet. Check that you confirmed your email and look in your spam folder, then add our address to your contacts.
