2What Cheaplyfly does

Cheaplyfly is a flight search and comparison service. We show flight options and prices from third-party partners such as airlines and online travel agencies, and link you to them.

We do not sell tickets, take payment for flights or issue bookings. When you book, your contract is with the partner, under the partner's terms and conditions and fare rules.

3Prices and availability

Prices shown on Cheaplyfly come from recent searches and partner data. They can change at any time and are not guaranteed. The partner shows the final price, including taxes and any fees, before you pay. Always check the price, currency, baggage rules and conditions on the partner's site.

4Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

5Price alerts and emails

Price alerts are a free convenience. We check prices regularly but cannot guarantee that every change is detected or that a price is still available when you receive an email.

6Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk queries, no attempts to break security, no interference with other users, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts or block access that breaks these rules.

7Content and intellectual property

The Cheaplyfly name, logo, design and content belong to Cheaplyfly or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.

8Links to partners

We link to partner sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, services, prices or privacy practices. Read their terms before you book.

9Our responsibility

We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings made with partners, price changes, or errors in third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell members by email or on the site.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the company is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights given to you by the law of the country where you live.
