Help center Contact us
01Does Cheaplyfly sell tickets?

No. Cheaplyfly is a flight search and comparison site. You choose a flight here and book it on the airline's or travel site's website, where you pay them directly.

02Do I pay more by booking through Cheaplyfly?

No. Cheaplyfly may earn a commission from the partner when you book, and that never changes the price you pay.

03Who do I contact about my booking?

The airline or travel site you booked with. Their contact details are in your booking confirmation. They handle changes, refunds and check-in.

04Why can the price change when I click through?

Prices shown here were found in recent searches. Airlines change fares often, so the partner shows the final, live price before you pay.

05Why do prices show in my currency?

We use your approximate location only to suggest a currency. Change it in the header at any time, and search from any departure city you like.

06How do price alerts work?

Choose a route and dates, and we check the fare regularly. When it drops by your chosen amount or reaches your target, we email you.

07Do I need an account for price alerts?

No. Without an account we ask you to confirm your email first. With a free account you manage all alerts in one place.

08Is my data safe?

We collect only what we need, never sell your data, and you can download or delete your account at any time.

09What does a free account add?

Saved searches and flights, all your price alerts in one dashboard, recent searches on every device and notifications.
